Exhibition at IEEE International Interconnect Technology Conference (IITC) 2025
Furuya Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company". Representative Director: Takahito Furuya,) will exhibit at IEEE IITC 2025 to be held at THE WESTIN JOSUN BUSAN in Busan, Korea from Monday June 2 to Thursday June 5, 2025.
IEEE IITC is an international conference on semiconductor front-end wiring technology, where the results of research on these technologies are presented.
We will not only display ruthenium targets used for semiconductor wiring as a main item, but also introduce various products made of precious metals such as platinum and iridium.
